Who we are
This website, unantrading.com.br, is run by UNAN TRADING LTDA, CNPJ 53.840.594/0001-05, Rua Conceição de Monte Alegre, 107, Conj. 101 E 4VG, Cidade Monções, São Paulo – SP, CEP 04563-060, Brazil. We are the controller of the personal data described here under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

What we collect
- What you send us. The “Build your order” form prepares a message with your name, email, company, destination, rough volume, delivery date and the products you choose, and opens WhatsApp or your email program so you can send it. The form does not store anything on our server; we receive the data only when you send the message.
- Producers. If you are a brand and contact us about export, we keep your contact details and the product information you share.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you decline, Google receives only basic signals without cookies.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and supply orders: preliminary steps and performance of a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V).
- To understand how the site is used: your consent for analytics cookies (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure and keep business records: our legitimate interest and legal obligations (art. 7, II and IX).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the site and our tools: GoDaddy (hosting), Google (Analytics) and WhatsApp/Meta or your email provider when you choose to contact us there.
- Our Maldives company, Unan Hospitality Maldives Pvt Ltd, and the producers, freight forwarders and customs agents who need order details to prepare and ship your goods.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, including in the United States and the Maldives. We make these transfers to perform the contract you ask for or with providers that apply recognised safeguards (LGPD, art. 33).
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, quotations and order correspondence: for as long as we work together and then for the period required by tax and commercial law.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you access to it, correct it, anonymise, block or delete it, transfer it to another provider, tell you who we share it with, and withdraw your consent. Write to tolga@unantrading.com and we will reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
