What arrives in a 15 t container.
About 860 whole lambs, portioned the way kitchens use them: racks for the grill, legs and shoulders for roasting, shanks and neck for slow cooking. Every cut is boxed and labelled by kind.

Deposit and production
Once the deposit is in, the producer schedules slaughter or harvest, packing and labelling.
Loading
Frozen reefers sail from Santos; fruit flies chilled from São Paulo. Export documents travel with the load.
